Whenever I see cars at night without their headlights on, I wonder why automakers don’t just make it standard to auto-turn on, it’s such a great safety feature.
It seems their strategy to upsell trim pkgs in AZ may have a legal downside for them.

My mortgage company refuses to take any payment beyond what is owed, unless it's a multiple of what is owed.
I auto-pay a rounded up value, which means they mail me back the money they refuse to apply to my account. Is it really cheaper to mail it back than apply it? 🙄

Civil forfeiture: when it's cheaper to allow the US Gov to retain $109k of your money rather than litigate to get even less back. Mind you, after two years, no criminal charges have been filed. Just outright theft of private property by the US Gov.
