wait, why can I see the camera lens in the teleprompter instead of the monitior under it? also where are the objects in your other camera angles in the ATEM? is it all a lie??

I've been doing the timestamp thing for the segmented play bar for a while, but I haven't seen the chapter sidebar on any videos yet even ones I've watched! Must be something new!

Yep that's exactly right! The HDMI output of one ATEM Mini is connected to an input on the other. Companion with a Stream Deck can send commands to both, so I can make a button that switches both at the same time.

UPDATE: It has been brought to my attention that I have been using Fantastical by @flexibits and it in fact has this feature built in! Amazing!
