Yeah for sure. I'm using Mailersend right now, but it's also easy to swap out the email provider for whatever.

For sure! If autofocus is important then def go with the ZV-1. Oh and another weird thing about the G7 is it can't record and output HDMI at the same time, so it's good as a livestreaming cam but not if you're also going to record on camera.
Can't go wrong with the Sony ZV-1, but you'll want to get the USB DC coupler to power it consistently. Slightly cheaper is the LUMIX G7, I have a bunch of those around the studio.
Absolutely, it's pretty cool to be able to search my phone for something and it's also searching the text in my photos!

I have thought about this more than once as well, but then I realize I barely know what to do with the NFC sticker on the back of my phone case and the one I carry in my wallet. Suggestions?

Definitely a rug, and then lots of stuff everywhere to break up the flat surfaces of the walls. If you want to, put fancy sound panels on the walls and ceilings, but if you can't, just filling the walls with shelves and decorations will help.
