Tonight I am running a livestream for @kmikeym's charity poker game, and it is quite the mess of routing video signals in order to delay the broadcast of the game 15 minutes but also have the commentators live with the chat!

I don't care whether the VPN is "not a traditional VPN", the company IT dept doesn't get to install anything on my personal devices that they control

If your company is big enough to roll out a mandatory VPN on personal iOS devices, they are big enough to buy you a work phone
IT just rolled out a mandatory VPN across all iOS devices and I’m debating what to do.
The security risks are real, but intercepting all network traffic on my phone/tablet is crossing a new privacy line. If I unenroll it my productivity will tank with no email access.

I agree, and platforms haven't been doing much to help in this regard lately either. One of the last mechanisms we have to clearly communicate this is that websites can't draw things outside the browser window. Obvs that's different in mobile apps tho.
