I've never heard of IndieWeb. Are they on the Fediverse?
They should probably think about talking to the Fediverse types if they want an audience.
And by Fediverse I mostly mean Mastodon, because it's usable.

@zarfeblong Ah, I guess this would explain why they're not communicating very well.
They don't do email. They don't *know about* the Fediverse, or don't believe it's federated.
They do chat.
