I'm thinking about making it store data in iCloud Drive as well so it'd be easier to use. Would that be an ok compromise?

The server is an interesting thing. Considering setting it up on a vultr VPS. This seems to beat Moves by miles btw!

aw thanks. Don't give it too much credit tho. It doesn't do automatic mode or place detection like Moves.
