Let's talk about decentralized publishing. I love the cloud, but I also love the idea of a website standing up on its own two feet.

We'd need a way to 1) authenticate and verify a user and 2) programmatically post comments to blogs regardless of their comment system.

Going to look at this more in depth shortly. Is the standard stable enough to implement now? Has buy in been promising?

Great! Yes, it's been in development for a few years, and reached @w3c Recommendation status in January.
