I really *want* to like SmartThings, I just hate that a motion sensor in my house talks to the Internet to turn on a light that's 20ft away

@scottjenson @smartthings That would be nice if it did. I'll have to test if things work with the Internet connection offline.

@alttext @scottjenson That's great news! I hope it will be a software update since I just bought another hub yesterday.

@aaronpk @scottjenson sadly, it will not. Cannot add the processing power needed via software. Figuring out how to make v1 remain useful.
