I get those calls too. But I don't think they've been by the house in a while because I tore it down last year. Pretty sure they don't want to buy it in its current state 😅

I've had calls about property we don't own. I've told the caller that I don't own that property but will certain take money for it anyway. Nobody has taken me up on that offer.

They call every house on every block in their area. When I get those calls, and the ones about "update your energy systems with govt grants", I just say I'm renting, and they hang up.
