How do not one, but two people, get a first class upgrade on a flight sitting in seat 1C/1B and not know they got upgraded and walk all the way to the back of the plane looking for their seat and then have to ask a flight attendant where seat 1C is??

They are used to thinking of the first class section as "not real/not for us" and don't even "see" it. I have a harder time with not noticing the numbers are going up, but blanking on the section that doesn't even match what you think "real" seats are, that I can get.
