2023 might be the year I start deleting all A-Roll after a video is uploaded.

I'm on the verge of hitting 100TB. Seems excessive at this point. I've only ever gone back for Broll shots.

Yes this! 馃挴 I made that decision last year and have not regretted it. I've only ever needed to use the a-roll when referencing a past video and I'll just get it from the final edited video.
