I got to thinking the other day that it's been ages since I've "talked tech" here in Bend. Wonder what meetups and things have survived the pandemic?

Happy to contribute, or start something. BendJS is the main one, and it's pretty frontend heavy. I'm always a bit surprised there isn't a Python meetup. There's also some random businessy stuff that pops up, eg meetup.com/bend-startup-cent…

But I'm definitely on board for just a weekly hack & chat situation. Did that for a long time in PDX, and it brings back some fond memories of hanging with folks like @Wraithan @thoward37 @aaronpk. We called it SePoCoNi - Southeast Portland Coders Night, and had coffee/beer/food.
