Getting ready to wrap-up rough-ins and get spray foam in. Is there any place you wish you had ethernet / outlets / hose bibs / speaker wire in your house? And to answer the usual: running conduit everywhere isn’t really a great idea for high efficiency houses, so not doing that.

I’d suggest a dedicated 20A or 30A breaker for any office/tech heavy room. Super annoying to occasionally have to reset the breaker because the printer came on while X, Y, and Z also happened to be sucking juice. Also for garage.

So many dedicated circuits. I even maybe (maybe? maybe! dual car chargers!) went overboard with 400A service and two smart panels.

Which smart panels did you end up with? I found one and got a bid but it was like $5000 which is a bit more than I want to spend

We ended up going with Span. Definitely not cheap, but after doing critical loads panel nonsense with another battery project it feels like a critical piece of solar/battery systems.
