ugh ugh ugh. Yeah probably it was a full name vs partial name mixup. If you notice it's missing on your boarding pass sometimes you can get the ticket counter agent to fix it for you before security.

Yeah we tried actually 2 of them tried multiple times and we could not get any combination of name to work. None of them had ever seen it before either
