For now... the number of people who were laid off and also quit, and the stuff coming out from inside, it's not a good indicator

Why would someone push the price up to $44 billion, buy it, then trash it - Something doesnt make sense to me... Was not enough due diligence done by the purchaser and the banks? (can hardly imagine that), then it must be a deliberate plan.
