The problem with trying to optimize a video for maximum retention rate is that a 6 minute video that otherwise would literally take only 1 hour to edit, color grade and run sound design on, even with b-roll and background music…
Ends up taking 3-4 hours to edit…

I was gonna say... my current rate is 1 hour work for 1 minute of finished video. I'd be thrilled to spend 3 hours on a 6 minute video much less 1 hour on it!
