Lots of folks - abt 60 at least! - at meeting on NE Tillamook & 7th - grilling @PBOTinfo staff abt their plans for Lloyd to Woodlawn Greenway, specifically removal of traffic circle.

PBOT staff still here listening and taking questions. Project engineer just made new proposal: - Let us move fwd w plan as-is (see our story for details) - we will add more features like concrete barriers, speed bumps, etc.. - we will reopen diverter decisions from 2018 (!!)

Meeting is done… PBOT will share proposal w added promised features and give folks until this Monday (emails of everyone were gathered) to sign off on it. Then it’s full steam ahead. (Not sure what happens if the neighbors say no to the proposal.) Full story tomorrow. 😎
