I love expanded health features, but I still don't understand sleeping with a smart watch.

That's literally the only reason I want a smart watch, to track my sleep! Coincidentally that's the reason I can't get an Apple Watch, battery life is just crap.

you can charge them for 15-30 minutes when you do anything in the evening (shower, movie, reading, etc.). They charge in just a moment. I don't know why you all make such a science about it.🤷‍♂️

I've been wearing smart watches of various sorts for 11 years, and my experience has shown me that a device doesn't work for me unless the battery lasts for at least 4 days, preferably closer to 10. Could I train myself to be more proactive at charging? Yes. Do I want to? no.

I used a Polar watch before the Apple Watch. They had a battery life of around 5 days. I regularly forgot to charge them and then during an outdoor activity I found that I had a few percent of the battery.
