Travelers: do you ever book with 3rd party engines? (Booking, Expedia, Orbitz, HotelTonight, etc.) If so, why? For 10+yrs, I've ONLY booked on the hotel's website after numerous "we don't have your reservation," or "you can't do X w/ us b/c you booked through 3rd party."
