When people suggest to YouTubers to hire a manager as your first hire before hiring anyone else, (even an editor), they are right. Listen to them. Lol.

If you hire someone to edit you gotta train them and figure out all the stuff like interviews, onboarding, systems, etc. A manager shows up and follows you around, figures out your stuff, creates systems, then does the hiring, onboarding, and getting everyone working together.
