So apparently I have gout. And I didn't even think to google my symptoms when I've had it before. @MayoClinic says I can't drink beer, eat red meat or organ meats (that one is super easy 🤮) and I should lay off anything sweetened with fruit sugar.

Gout has a lot of treatments including diet change but it mimics many other autoimmune disorders - Worth Some blood tests. I have spondolyothritis which can mimic gout and needs very different treatment. I recommend getting a doctor’s opinion.

Sweet! Our life right now is occupied by trying to get out of a paid-off 15 year Tesla solar contract, but finally out of the 2.5 years of permitting we've been in. lots of zoning videos to come - there's a reason people don't build triplexes often 😂

you'd think it would be that simple 😅 It's more like they are renting space on the roof, and instead of paying the homeowner, the homeowner pays significantly less than they would if they bought the panels outright. It's a Whole Thing™
