Do podcasters not know they can syndicate video content? Distributed YouTube is just sitting right there waiting for publishers to pick it up.

It’s still somewhat complicated if you want streaming video that adapts to the client, no? It’s like a continues real-time srcset 😅

I’m not sure what kind of HLS support is out there but you can start watching content that hasn’t downloaded fully (streaming?) as of now in most clients. I wonder what would happen if you served an hls playlist of a livestream though. Would that work? Maybe 🤔
