TIL that your @netlify preview and branch deploys stick around forever, the only way to get rid of them is to delete the entire site. Better hope you never commit anything confidential/sensitive or any JS that calls out to external services... 🤦‍♂️

hey! we're aware of this & it's definitely something we're fixing. it looks like it's rolling out Q1-ish in the meantime, we can delete anything you need deleted if you open a topic in the forums answers.netlify.com/ (I know that's not ideal, but we'll get you taken care of)

Thank you! This is much needed. We ended up deleting the whole site and starting over and luckily it went extremely smoothly.

Don't know, I've never used it. I'm just getting bit by this @netlify issue on a project right now and it's incredibly frustrating.

Well that's an exciting discovery! Good thing we aren't doing anything important with things like write-only cryptographic data structures at a large scale, right?
