There is someone named Gina Kim who keeps on sending their Amazon purchases to my address in Seattle and it's really baffling. I have no idea who this person is or how someone could keep on doing this, presumably by mistake. I'm not even sure what to do with these items.

I don't think it's brushing, the items are totally random but things that people would normally buy. I have a feeling that a customer misentered her address.

Also that page doesn't tell me how to actually contact customer service to report this

You can always type 'contact us' into the search bar or click on the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the web page in the blue section when signed in! We don't have access to your account via Twitter to view any information. -Emily

I finally found the appropriate thing under "Report suspicious activity" where I could provide the tracking numbers. I have reported the two most recent packages I received. Hopefully it's just a weird warehousing glitch. Anyway, thanks for reaching out!
