I bought the cheapest M1 Macbook Air back in June ($999/8gb/256gb) expecting to want to upgrade to whatever Pro was launched this fall, but tbh I've been super impressed at how powerful it is, even for video editing, and I don't really feel like I need to upgrade now 馃し

I went with the M1 Max for the multiple display out capability without the need for lots of Display Link adapters. Currently looking to see if theres a device out there that simplfys Zoom scraping. Any ideas?

Yeah that's definitely a limitation of this M1, but as my main day-to-day computer I don't actually need more than one external display anyway. I'd definitely take a look at ZoomISO and DeckLink cards or an UltraStudio, which is far better than multiple displays anyway.

See my last tweet Aaron. It's cool for what it is but that price tag got me sweating. 馃槄 On a completely different note: nice to see you at @btconf in D眉sseldorf soon-ish. 馃

haha yeah exactly, it's super great! I'm just not thrilled about spending $4000 on a computer. I'm excited for @btconf too! 馃
