@aaronpk Saw your “more minimal setup” for video conferences. Here’s my take, without even a laptop. Using the phone’s cam+mike for the actual conference, having the iPad completely free to work during the conference. Custom 3d-printed stand for both together.

That's awesome! I'm gonna have to try that some time! Might have to wait until I get a new phone tho cause the front camera on the iPhone XS isn't great

This is also an XS, but for conferences it doesn’t matter really, because the phone’s cam quality isn’t the bottleneck. Showing off a nice forest/garden background to all the office-sitters totally makes up for it ;)
