I know the long stretch is hard, but please don’t celebrate Daylight Saving Time with other households tonight. Yes, we love big gatherings at 1:59 am with our friends and relatives, but this year isn’t normal. Don’t do it. Here are safer ways to celebrate DST at home by the CDC

Many people celebrate DST. All rituals are very weird when you consider them! For example, gathering once a year to eat turkey is very weird. Stringing lights on a tree in the winter is weird. When traditions are popular or old, it doesn't make them more or less normal.

I have fond memories of the "hour that didn't exist" parties in the fall. Anything you did between the first 1-2am would be erased by the second 1-2am immediately following it
