After doing some research on VAT as a US seller here is what I have learned: 1) if your sales don't exceed $35,000 you don't need to collect or pay VAT 2) except sometimes you do 3) this is all changing July 1, 2021 4) this is not tax advice, go talk to your local tax specialist
