@photojoseph @aaronpk have you ever seen an issue where connecting hdmi output on your camera (Sony a7r2 in this case) causes audio interference with in-camera mic inputs?

If the mic input is connected to a device that's also powered from wall power, it could be a ground loop issue. I wouldn't expect any interference with a little on-camera unpowered mic though.

The hdmi cable is connected to a Camlink / computer. Is there anything that can isolate or mitigate the interference?

Connecting the camlink through a USB hub / dock seems to reduce the interference, but it also reduces the USB bandwidth for low latency recording 🤷
