He's not budging after talking with Iddo. His YouTube channel is youtube.com/user/LensVid He says that this is simply how the Internet game is played. He claims that Amazon Affiliates would have no reason to shut down his account as he's done nothing wrong.

Here's one from the associates policies: "(r) You will not attempt to intercept or redirect ... traffic from or on, or divert commission income from, any site that participates in the Associates Program"

yeah, kind of a terrible situation because if he's acting like that the only way to fight it is to convince Amazon or a court that he's wrong
