From what I’ve seen of Matt’s drone work, they’ve come a hell of a long way in the last ten-fifteen years

yes, they have become crazily good. the gimbal stabilizer combined with steady flight means I was able to get up to 8 seconds of exposure time in those shots

That's so good. I keep getting tempted to get a drone then talk myself out of it because of the registration requirement and the restrictions on where you can fly them.
