It probably can't connect to the internet! Double check the network settings like the router and DNS

The cache is building up, so it doesn't have an internet connection. Double check the IP address and gateway using the ATEM Setup app.
I think Phoenix is on to something with the stream key issue

I think you put the whole RTMP URL in there, when it should just be the key component, which is the last bit of the URL.
