Does anyone have a list of card games where the mechanics allow it to be played remotely? Not online games tho, games that use real physical cards, where it doesn't matter that the players will be drawing from separate decks.

There's a card game called Mao, which I called Democracy. It has 4 rules and players write the cards, which are rules.

People play Magic over Skype. Not ideal experience but it works.
