Sorry about that! Looks like my hosting provider had some issues earlier, but it should be back up now!

What could possibly go wrong?
No identity verification, & 8 bucks for a verified account? Get ready for the new cyber criminal playbook: use stolen credit card to buy verified Twitter account, impersonate real customer support channels, trick users into handing over account details in DM, account takeover.

Thanks, but I think there's literally nothing anyone can do. I can't even get my boarding pass from SEA-LHR until the American gate agents arrive at the gate. At least the British Airways lounge was able to find my ticket by looking up my seat number.

Oh and more weirdness, I only have a printed boarding pass for the first leg, there's no boarding pass available in the Alaska app. I have to get the next boarding pass at the gate in Seattle.

I have found that the volume of responses on each platform *heavily* depends on the topic of my question

Ugh yeah. Also I'm pretty sure this violates Apple's rules for push notifications

Thankfully it's only a two-leg trip!

Also the Alaska app shows I have a first class seat on the American Airlines leg, but it can't show my seat number, but also AA says I have premium economy. Clearly some wires were crossed.

I need to figure out what shenanigans @TripActions pulled with my itinerary that caused the security check to reject my ID, and the @AlaskaAir lounge agent to have an extremely confused look on her face after scanning my boarding pass.

I got one and it's been a lot of fun. Really interesting to see how quickly co2 builds up indoors with the windows closed. Also been bringing it with me in Lyfts and 😮

I mean to be fair, this sounds like the basis of all advertising
Everyone on social media should know about the Illusory Truth Effect If you see something repeated enough times, it seems more true. Multiple studies show that it works on 85% of people. Worse, it still happens even if the information isn't plausible & even if you know better.

Yes! I feel like for the last while it's always just felt like a chore, and I'm racing to the end so I can get the video done and published!

this is a new draft, RFC number yet to be assigned, which would replace RFC7807

I've seen so many apps do this and I don't understand why Apple doesn't shut them down immediately since it's a pretty blatant violation of their policies

I would sure hope those are hardwired in via ethernet, but there's no guarantees I guess
I take it back. I searched around and nearly all the commercial displays I'm finding now also have a computer inside usually with some sort of digital signage platform preinstalled 🤦‍♂️ I'm hanging on to my 2015 ViewSonic not-smart commercial display as long as I can
