Email newsletters? I ended up writing my own, it's still beta, a bit rough around the edges, but I'm running my own 500-ish subscriber newsletter from it. I'm going to open source it soon.

I've been pretty happy with Fathom too. The one thing I miss is being able to see the referrers for a specific page on my site.

Fitbit is the same, ugh! In the before times I always wanted to have a dedicated charger at home and one for travel but could never bring myself to buy another charger that would be obsolete in a couple years
