Last time I bought a TV I found a "commercial display" which was the only way to get a not-smart TV. It's the kind of thing you'd buy for airports and bars. I bought this in like 2014 though and I'm hoping I don't have to replace it any time soon.
Pretty sure they're all the same panels underneath. That said I still wouldn't buy any smart TV. Give me a big display and let me add the smarts in external devices instead.
I'm livestreaming a very long 3D print with some chill tunes! It'll be running for the next 5 hours or so, excellent to put on in the background! youtube.com/R3Wx_NVBbgk
Yep, plus subscriber/follower count has definitely been the source of a lot of the terrible stuff on social media so I'm not sure it's even a good metric to try to recreate outside of a centralized system
Frankly that's the reason I never added it to Aperture and never recommended anyone else do either. It's a naive practice left over from a much more trusting era before people were thinking with a security mindset.
Also keep in mind that subscriber stats reported via user agent are 100% not a reliable source of info, I could make it look like Aperture has a million readers of your blog if you want
Last week was the first time using it with the new fans, so I haven't talked about it much more than that yet! This is the mod kit for it though if you're interested store.nebtek.com/video-route… It's not perfectly silent like the Hyperdeck mod, but it's still worth it
Yep he's not wrong, and I understand that argument from a product design standpoint. But I also disagree with it for all the reasons in that Matrix post!
