Why only two? Main: a6400 Backup: RX100vii Motionlapses: Osmo Pocket or on a Lumix day: Main: GH5S Backup: GX9
Yea sometimes Foursquare's web hooks just don't run. OYS polls periodically to backfill any that are missed. I saw some of mine today were missed in real-time and it caught up with them later.

@DVEStore still has them in stock! I wish they had a referral program for all the links I've sent their way! dvestore.com/blackmagic-desi…

Usually adding new sensors in the config file. Things don't seem to get picked up properly with the various subsystem restart buttons.

The BlackMagic micro converters, or the Panlong brand, which I'm pretty sure are generic clones of something that's probably available under 5 different names. But they do work.

It really is! So much better than the TV Studio!
aaand office hours are a wrap! If you're curious how I got this nice greenscreen effect with my cat background without chewing up the CPU on my computer, I made a video that talks about the new @Blackmagic_News ATEM Mini that I used for this! youtube.com/watch?v=fx2Iq-_q…

yeah it's a little unfortunate, but I think only people coming at it from the higher end switchers will care. If you think of it like a glorified HDMI capture card then it makes sense why they don't have it.

on the plus side, there's no multiview on the ATEM Mini, so you're probably going to want to hook up an HDMI recorder to it anyway so the large screen isn't really important 🤷‍♂️

I don't know how you do it all, on top of a job too! 👏

Now I'm curious if you've thought about an Edelkrone kit. You can get a small rig and it's all effectively point and shoot. I've been super tempted but it adds up quick 💸

Judging by the grammar and spelling of the replies, it doesn't surprise me all that much tbh

I can't find an example now, but Amazon sends an email something along the lines of "someone has asked you a question about a product you've purchased" and it really does sound like the question was asked to you directly!

ooh then I don't see why not! Now I wonder if I have enough space to pull that off here... my main limiting factor has always been how much floor space tripods and stands take up.

I suspect the tension rod isn't rated for perpendicular loads. But if I'm wrong, I would be thrilled, because I've been looking for a way to get a horizontal rod in this apartment that doesn't require drilling massive holes in the ceiling.

I can get it changed to say "a potential 2.1". What's the right term for the TX Auth group right now then? datatracker.ietf.org/wg/txau…

Of course! If they can pack the scaling hardware into the cheapest model it seems like a no brainer to add it to all future higher end models too.

It's so good! I'm hoping this means the updates to the rest of the ATEM line also get scalers on every input!
