I'm trying to psych myself into believing this 18 hour flight isn't that bad by remembering that 100 years ago it was completely unimaginable that you'd be able to travel from the US to a remote island in Asia in less than a day.
I am heading to Singapore tomorrow and this is the weather forecast and my Pacific Northwest brain doesn't even know how to pack for this? A low of 77 and there will be thunderstorms?? 🌩
Good point, I always forget how long it's been since the SD card reader was built in, and just because clock speeds aren't much faster since then doesn't mean there weren't lots of other improvements in the tech.
100%! This year is the first year I finally don't feel like that, between editing videos of myself and watching back hundreds of hours of my presentations.
oh and in my rush I forgot that one of the things I was supposed to do at the airport was buy snacks for the plane since the website wouldn't let me choose a vegetarian meal and Scandinavian food is like the complete opposite of vegetarian. 😔
Welp it filled up back here, oh well. I'm not super familiar with the SAS seating assignment process, so I guess several rows of empty seats during checkin yesterday was not an indicator of an empty flight.
