I'm hoping they learned something from Google. These don't have a visual display, and are still only activated with the wake word (assuming you trust that), so maybe I'm hopeful?
Echo Frames - more or less likely to succeed than Google Glass? At least these pretty much look like normal glasses.

This one time, I created a Windows 98 sound theme by chopping up that song into short half second sound bites, so using the computer was like living in a constant state of that song playing.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but that was art.
I do appreciate that the Qantas in-flight video points out that "your flight has great coffee too"
