@m_ott I like the Apogee MiC cause it's so small and can connect to both a laptop and iPhone/iPad. That's what I use for my podcast right now.

That botspam is actually all the people on IRC talking. There was a Slack iOS bug fixed a few days ago that made everything look like it was coming from Loqi.

Just filed my first credit card dispute. Someone at @parksideaustin changed my $5 tip to $15, good thing I took a picture of my receipt. And thanks to @CapitalOne for sending me an email alert about the unusually high tip!

Pretty disappointed @final is shutting down. Their app was actually pretty well done! I've only had the card 14 months so that's gonna be a negative hit to my credit score for a while. Any other good virtual credit card providers out there?

Unfortunately they are kinda spendy. $75/yr for normal domains, $750 for two-letter and other select words, and $7500 for one-letter and special words like "weather.bot"

@sil I know right? There is some new stuff in OAuth 2 around dynamic client registration trying to solve this, but I'm not sure how widely implemented it is yet. Certainly GitHub hasn't implemented it, mayyybe Google has: tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7591
@sil Not a *bad* idea, but also not the goal of indieauth.com. At some point you'll be relying on someone's Github/Google API key, either that of indieauth.com or another service. Maybe check out oauth.io/ or auth0.com/

You're right. I just switched my Atom feed to be a local URL that redirects to Granary. The reason I don't want to generate my own XML feed is it's too hard to get right, especially with all the nontraditional content on my home page like checkins. #indieweb
