software you've purchased that auto-updates to a new version and makes you buy a new license is worse than software that is just a straight subscription model, just saying
It took me almost an hour to add timestamps to my nearly 4 hour livestream all about the ATEM Mini Pro from yesterday! We covered everything from the ground up including basic switching and transitions, audio, adding custom graphics and more!

also my poor little M1 MacBook Air doesn't have enough disk space to even download XCode, so I guess I'm gonna do that on an older computer. or buy a bigger macbook
It's been over 3 years since I've published an update for Overland, my GPS tracker app, and I am a little terrified to re-download XCode and see how much work it's going to take to even make it compile now 😬 overland.p3k.app
That feeling when you're going through a website's registration flow and even though it's custom branded and looks unique there's something oddly familiar about it, then you look up the DNS records for their domain and realize they're pointing to @okta 😅
Really appreciating the new @AlaskaAir 💙 @TravelOneWorld alliance since my Gold 75K Alaska status converted into OneWorld Emerald and now I board first and get access to the good British Airways lounges! ✈️

TIL that your @netlify preview and branch deploys stick around forever, the only way to get rid of them is to delete the entire site. Better hope you never commit anything confidential/sensitive or any JS that calls out to external services... 🤦♂️
I bought the cheapest M1 Macbook Air back in June ($999/8gb/256gb) expecting to want to upgrade to whatever Pro was launched this fall, but tbh I've been super impressed at how powerful it is, even for video editing, and I don't really feel like I need to upgrade now 🤷
