and to be clear, I explicitly do not want a full on scheduling system like @Calendly for this (which I do use and enjoy, but this is a different use case)
#lazyweb I want a tool where I can add like 3 or 4 possible times and send someone a link, and they can view the times in their own timezone and then select one of them from the list. Bonus if that results in a calendar invite being sent to both of us. Does this exist?
Last week @tgcallaway joined my livestream and we chatted about lighting! I just published a video explaining the setup I used to bring him into my studio remotely using the new Interview Mode from @ecammtweets and an ATEM Mini!

It only took 6 months, but my website now shows when I'm in a Zoom meeting!

(Thanks to @jf for the excellent Hammerspoon integration that makes this possible!)
We just created PartyLine! It’s a website that pairs Americans across the political divide to voice-chat live.
Talk with someone who might be voting differently than you. 🌵🌲🌴🎙🇺🇸
RT to spread! And share this with the uncle you disagree with. partyline.chat
Attention Washington and Oregon friends: Due to last nights hack of the voter registration system you should check your voter reg is intact and correct (when the site comes back) It could have been deleted or invalidated. Please RT.
For details:
For those confused by last nights events, 4chan did not “hack the election” or “change anyone’s votes”. Someone hacked the Oregon voter registration site and messed around with the registration records on it. still pretty bad, but no votes were changed.

The nice thing about Friday night zoom parties is when they're over you're already at home and ready for bed. No waiting to close out your bar tab, no figuring out how you're gonna get home... 😅 We take what we can get these days right?
“I’m speaking now.”
Every woman: when you’re interrupted, this is what you say. And then KEEP TALKING.
Practice it in the mirror until it rolls off as smoothly as it did for Kamala.

I have a clear memory of backing Nanoleaf on Kickstarter or IndieGogo, even down to choosing the specific number of tiles in the kit, but I have zero trace of this in my email or my KS/IG accounts. Did I just have a very vivid dream or something?
All my HDMI cords are now sorted by length and connector combo (full HDMI, micro, mini) and hung up on the inside of my closet door and this is so much nicer than cramming them into various drawers! Next up: USB
