Remember the Eye-Fi SD card? that was so good! why doesn't anything like that exist anymore? At this point you'd think at this point Apple/Google/Amazon would want to make one that uploads to their own clouds or something

Any clever SQL people out there? Given the raw data on the left, (a table of test results) how do I write a SQL query to give me the results on the right, (the results grouped by date as well as grouped by result)?
Do you ever do the thing in @duolingo where you're given a sentence in the language you're learning and you immediately understand it in your native language and then mistakenly think the task is to type it back in the foreign language?
It seems like with a fail-secure electronic door strike, you could put a regular doorknob with a physical key as a backup in case the power goes out or the whole system goes down, and it'll work like a regular door in that case.

Turns out if you buy someone an @AlaskaAir flight with your airline miles, it gets added to your own Alaska account, and then you get push notifications when their flight starts boarding and have a mild panic because you thought you were supposed to be at the airport

Touch screen UI’s in cars are going to kill someone. It forces me to look at the screen instead of the road. Physical knobs and sliders allowed you to use your sense of touch to replace your eyes.
The list of supported SD cards for the Hyperdeck recorders was updated recently, and there are only 3 SD card brands on the list now 😬
