It is absolutely insane that Samuel Collingwood Smith, who has been a perpetual blight taking up line-crossing harassment and stalking for the last 20 years, who started out by harassing underage girls on an Evanescence fan forum, is still not in prison.

This recording is Samuel Collingwood Smith. He posted it on You Tube when he and Mr. Hemming started suing me. I took it as a clear threat. This is one example of when the police refused to act.
