Whenever I find myself inappropriately externalizing my problems, a voice in my head tells me that I sound like Boogie2988 & I'm filled with such profound shame that I'm immediately invigorated. It's pretty effective. Gone from skinny fat to 90lbs for reps on dumbbell bench.
