The back of the headrest is at a minimum of 20 degrees forward. It can go forward more. It can adjust to like 45 degrees forward. I don't want 45 degrees forward. I want it fucking flat like a normal fucking headrest. I can't even flip it around because the metal is notched.

Maybe it’s just me but I was taught you’re not supposed to drive with your head on the headrest, it’s only there to stop your head from swinging back in an accident.

Okay Josh listen to me there's the indexing notches that determine the height of the headrest and then there's stop notches that keep it from coming out all the way. You can still take it out you just need to push in on the release for both of the holes where it mounts the seat

Some vehicles have it where you have to pull the entire headrest completely forward before its ratchet will release and let you push it back at all
