I'm pretty sure you might just be retarded. If the headrest is the kind you can remove then just take it out and flip it around 180° and put it back in the seat.

Same in America and I fucking hate it. I think it's SUPPOSED to protect your neck in a crash. the problem is its so fucking uncomfortable I guarantee most people will adjust their posture in such a way that it completely undermines the safety precautions. I hate the antichrist.
