Damn, Twitch's ban appeal revamp is definitely in place, I've never gotten rejected on an appeal so quickly before in my life. (~1 hour)

Because even if he’s not streaming to Twitch, it limits his ability to collaborate with people who still do. While banned they have to stop their stream if they want to interact with him online.
