Then I suppose it is an ordinary full body checkup. At least from where I come from, they do check the privates (in addition to eyesight and hearing) for grade schoolchildren upwards to middle schoochildren. They do it again if you enlist in the military.

Idk how it was at your school, but for me, Penis Inspection Day was like Stephen King's "The Long Walk" except with dicks. We all lined up on the track while uniformed soldiers aimed in, ready to dispatch anyone who came up short. Many did not make it. Thanks Obama.
