Does anyone have a map or list of US States which enforce underage transitioning? I mean any state whose child protective services will seize a child when you do not enforce their gender identity. When I search for this, I just find poz news about anti-trans bills.

They do this under “estranged minor” laws or the state Family Code. This makes it less easy to map. It might be easier to look for states that have made sure it can’t happen, ie: refusing to trans the kid is not abuse per code. There’s some overlap w the parental rights bills.

Definitely California. In a legal case a parent who does not affirm their child will lose the case and not be allowed any visitation rights.

My state does that. I live in Washington state. I can get my boys taken away if they decide they are girls and I disagree.

My daughter was on KF for lolcow lols. I told her I was too. She "cut contact" with me because I am a TERF. I refuse to lie. Sex is determined by DNA. I truly hate the 2000s. I will not lie about fundamental truth even for my only child.

WA state. I don't know if they'll break down your door an seize them, but they'll absolutely hide them from you if the kid reaches out.

Just look at the electoral map and judge accordingly.
